Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project

98,166 = Cats altered since our inception in 1997

5543 = Cats altered in 2015

On December 1st, we're joining a national day of generosity, #GivingTuesday. It's a day when you can make a big impact on the FCSNP and the lives that we are saving through spay & neuter.
With your help, we will be able to raise funds to continue to provide access to high quality, low cost spay & neuter. Your donation will kick start us into 2016 as we get closer to altering our 100,000th cat.
If you make a gift online on December 1st, we will earn matching funds from our partner, Network for Good - making your support go even further.
How can you be a part of it? Here are a few simple ideas:

·       Consider making a gift on #GivingTuesday by clicking here.

·       Help us get the word out about #GivingTuesday on social media by liking our Facebook page and sharing our posts.

·       Sign up to volunteer at the clinic to get an up close and personal view of our life saving work.

·       Do something kind for another person or fuzzy face.

With your support, we will go into 2016 ready to make it the best year that the FCSNP has ever had. Thank you for your continued support. We couldn't do it without you.

Best Wenatchee Clinic Yet!!

On Saturday, Nov. 7th, we completed our last mentoring clinic of 2015 with Wenatchee Humane Society  and it was the best one so far.

We did 84 spays and neuters, which is amazing on its own, but the best part was that we had WHS volunteers doing surgery, leading all of the clinic stations and running check-in

These are all critical steps as the WHS progresses toward setting up their own low cost, high quality, high volume spay/neuter clinic.  We are so thankful for the opportunity to work with the WHS as they make their way to their very own clinic.

The Wenatchee community is also excited about the WHS progress.  The Wenatchee World newspaper was at the most recent clinic to put together an article about our successful collaboration.  You can read the article and see pictures from the clinic by clicking here

Cyska Siberians

We are so lucky to have such generous supporters of our cause and mission. A recent example of this is a clinic sponsorship we received from Cyska Siberians. Cyska Siberians is a realistic virtual pet website with a caring community of adults and teens who love cats.

They chose to run a fundraiser during September and October with the goal of raising enough money to sponsor a clinic to spare unborn kittens from the feral life. They met and beat their goal by nearly 16% by raising $1,159.50 for the FCSNP.

We are dedicating our November 18th clinic to Cyska Siberians in honor of their thoughtful and meaningful donation. Thank you so very much Cyska Siberians!

Increasing S/N through Transporation & Collaboration

FCSNP is collaborating with Pasado's Safe Haven  to increase access to spay/neuter in Snohomish County through our Transoration Program. Together, we are hosting a transportation pickup at the Red Apple in Sultan. Both FCSNP and Pasado's will have transportation vans to pick up cats (FCSNP) and dogs (Pasado's).

If you know of anyone who would be interested in participating in this transportation pickup, click here for more information or to make a reservation.

Spreading Access to S/N in the Wenatchee Valley

We are continuing our mentoring program with the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society and have worked together to alter over 130 cats. We are continuing to schedule these clinics with the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society as we work together as to create Wenatchee's own spay/neuter clinic.

FCSNP is honored to have the opportunity to work with Wenatchee Valley Humane Sciety as they continue down the path toward offering low cost, high quality spay/neuter in their community.  For more information on these clinics or our mentoring program, please e-mail us.
