It's Spay Day Month!

During the month of February, as part of the national Spay Day campaign, many local nonprofits and private practice veterinary clinics will offer low-cost spay and neuter surgeries.  Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project is participating along with shelter partners Everett Animal Services, Homeward Pet Adoption Center, MEOW, NOAH, Pasado's Safe Haven, Seattle Humane Society, WAIF, Humane Society for Skagit Valley, and local veterinary clinics in Snohomish, King, Island and Skagit Counties (in Washington State).

If we are not near you, have a look through the list of participating clinics and contact the clinic nearest you directly to make an appointment.

 

We are seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician

We are a high-volume, high-quality spay/neuter clinic and we're looking to fill a part-time licensed veterinary technician position at our Lynnwood spay/neuter clinic.  Hours will be flexible.  Please check the job description , and if you think you're a good fit, send your resume and a cover letter to hr@feralcatproject.org.

 

Memorial Clinic for Molly

February 19th will be a special Memorial Clinic for Molly.  Molly was a lucky kitten that was found by Peg and Carl Kehret at the Indiana Dunes National Recreation Area.  Someone pulled into the campsite and left her there and Peg and Carl happened to see it.  Peg was on a book tour and had a speaking engagment the next morning, but Carl brought the kitten to a veterinarian and that was that.  Molly finished the book tour with them and was part of their family for 16 wonderful years.

We have new 100% cotton t-shirts that you'll be proud to wear - get yours while they last!  We have sizes S through XXXL in both unisex and women's.  Write us at questions@feralcatproject.org to order some!   T-shirts are $15 each (or $18 for XXL and XXXL).  Shipping is extra.

 We also have black tote bags.  The bags are not regular totes - they resemble a backpack more than a traditional grocery tote.  They are only $10!

Totes are all natural canvas, and t-shirts are teal blue or sand colored.
