How to Use Our Clinics  What to Expect

Review the documents from the Step By Step sections, Before You Arrive and The Day Of The Clinic to be sure you understand your responsibilities. Steps for the Check-in process are posted in the clinic window for reference when you arrive at the clinic.

Please complete these documents prior to Check-in on the clinic day.

If you plan to use a transporter (someone else to bring in your cats), please follow the guidelines in Using a Transporter.

When You Arrive

Options Offered At Check-in

We do not accept any cats that are known to be altered. Cats brought for spay/neuter may also receive other services:

  • FVRCP vaccine
  • Flea control
  • Rabies vaccine (Ear tip cats automatically receive this for free)
  • FeLV test

We request a small donation in return for optional services. If your funds are limited, we strongly recommend making spay/neuter your priority.

Pick Up Time

At Check-in, we assign a half hour time slot for pick up. If you cannot make it during the Check-out period, you must make arrangements for someone else to pick up your cats. One way that we keep down costs is that we do not stay late to check out cats.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in any inappropriate treatment of staff, volunteers, property or cats.
