How to Use Our Clinics Reservations
Reservations may be made via this website or by phone. Although we hold clinics four days per week, not all of these dates are available to the general public. The phone line and website list available Public Clinic dates.
If you have read, understand and agree with all the information in the previous section, “Step By Step”, then you are ready to make reservations.
Key Points
Only make reservations that you can realistically fill. Making more reservations than you can fill eliminates other cats’ access to surgery. Consistently overbooking may result in loss of clinic privileges.
If for any reason you cannot fill your reservations, call ASAP to let us know, so that we can make them available. You cannot cancel reservations via the website.
If you have cats and no reservations, you may try Stand By. We accept 10 Stand By cats at a full clinic; we accept more when a clinic does not fill. Cats to be ear tipped receive priority for surgery over those not being ear tipped. Stand By is a first come, first served basis.
Reservations via Website
Our Online Medical Record allows you to make reservations online. You will need to make one reservation (complete one Medical Record) for each cat. Fill in as much as you know. If you have not yet trapped the cats, then simply complete the required fields.
When you "Submit” the reservation form, one reservation will be secured, but the process is not yet complete. After you have successfully submitted your request, an alert will display giving you the option to print the registration form (the Medical Record) and/or make a reservation for another cat.
You will need to bring one completed Medical Record with you for each reservation. If you do not or cannot print the Medical Record when you make the reservation, you will still need to complete one Medical Record for each cat before Check-in. Blank forms are available on this website
and at the clinic.
If you choose to make another reservation, the required information will automatically populate the reservation form. Be sure to confirm the intended clinic date.
Once you submit the request, you will receive an email with instructions for how to edit or complete the Medical Record.
Reservations Via Phone Line
Our phone line always goes to voice mail; be prepared to leave a message.
Tell us:
- How many reservations you want
- How many male/female cats, if you know
- how many are to be ear tipped or not ear tipped
- Which of the listed clinic dates you are available
Speak clearly, especially when you leave a phone number. We cannot call you back if your message is unclear.
A volunteer will call you within 72 hours to confirm whether we have reservations available. You do not have reservations until someone has returned your call to confirm. Now that you have secured reservations, you are ready to trap cats and come to the clinic.
