FCSNP is a mentoring organization

FCSNP is a mentoring organization. We help mentor individuals and organizations that want to increase feline spay/neuter and humanely reduce the homeless cat population in their communities.

How we mentor:

Website

On our website’s resources page we offer training materials, documents, info about how we got started, and info about how we currently operate. We encourage you to use this information however is most helpful to your organization.

Consultation

We offer virtual consultations to help you start your own program/clinic or improve any aspect of your existing feline spay-neuter program. Email questions@feralcatproject.org with the subject "Mentorship" for more info.

Training

We work one on one with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and veterinary students interested in honing their high quality high volume spay neuter (HQHVSN) skills. Email questions@feralcatproject.org with the subject "Mentorship" for more info.

Note: We have suspended our training program during the COVID-19 pandemic

Resources

We rent traps and give a hand out on safely trapping free roaming cats with each trap. We can also hook you up with a great trapping class through the Community Cat Coalition!

Our Mentorship Program

Do you have an organization or group of passionate people ready to build a spay neuter program but don’t know where to start? If you are in WA state, we will come show you how! We bring our whole clinic and staff to you. We work hands on with organizations in underserviced areas to mentor them through starting their own feline spay neuter program from scratch through our Mentorship Program!
